The administrative authorities of the Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone, in conjunction with the Dongpeng County government, donated supplies to impoverished people and students in remote areas.

To unite the community's compassion and care for impoverished families and students in remote areas, and to help improve their living conditions, on October 17, 2025, the "Shared Love Project," initiated by three major community organizations, in conjunction with the Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone Administrative Authority and the Dong Phong District Government, held a donation event in Dong Phong District, Bokeo Province, to deliver deep care and practical assistance to local impoverished families and students.

A delegation led by Kansawang Vilaypon, Director of the Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone Administrative Authority, and Winkan Tanmal, Chairman of the Dong Phong District Administrative Committee, donated daily necessities and school supplies to impoverished families and students in Samsibu Village, Dong Phong Primary School, and Nanfa Village.

The beneficiaries included: 24 students at Dong Phong Primary School; 65 families and 50 students in Samsibu Village; and 184 families in Nanfa Village, including 70 impoverished families and 107 impoverished students (68 girls). The donated supplies included rice, non-staple foods, and school supplies, with a total value of approximately 600 million kip.

On behalf of the impoverished residents and students of various villages, Wanna Pedawong, Deputy Secretary of the Dongpeng County Party Committee, expressed gratitude to the Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone Administrative Agency, Dongpeng County, and relevant departments. He thanked everyone for demonstrating unity, friendship, and mutual assistance by providing care and supplies to impoverished families and students, helping to improve their living conditions, and supporting them in achieving a better future.

A single donation conveys love and warmth; an action carries responsibility and hope. We firmly believe that with the joint efforts of all sectors of society, this force of unity and mutual assistance will ignite more hope and help every family and every student move towards a brighter tomorrow. Let us join hands, let warmth continue, and build a happy home together.
