On December 26, 2025, a delegation of over 100 teachers and students from the Bokeo Provincial Vocational and Technical School in Laos, led by Vice Principal Pesavan Soupavong, visited the Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone Agricultural Company for a fruitful agricultural study tour and exchange. The activity aimed to strengthen the connection between theoretical teaching and industry practice through on-site learning.

During the visit, Somsay Senkham, Director of the Agriculture and Forestry Department of the Special Economic Zone's Administrative Authority, and the company's representatives warmly received the students and teachers, providing a comprehensive introduction to several key agricultural projects.

These projects cover the entire industry chain from planting and breeding to processing, including sugarcane, tobacco, hybrid rice, durian, and soybean cultivation, as well as modern breeding of laying hens, pigs, and beef cattle.

The students and teachers then visited the intelligent greenhouse vegetable cultivation sheds and seedling and flower demonstration garden equipped with advanced temperature control systems, experiencing firsthand the practical application of modern agricultural technology.

The school stated that by going deep into the production line, students broadened their professional horizons and acquired practical modern agricultural knowledge. The Special Economic Zone Agricultural Company stated that it will continue to support local vocational education, provide more opportunities for young students to visit and practice, and jointly contribute to cultivating practical technical talents needed for regional development.
